چکیده
Herein, we investigated the effect of Chlorella vulgaris as ingredient (10% incorporation) in broiler diets, supplemented or not with 2 formulations Carbohydrate-Active enZymes (CAZymes; Rovabio Excel AP and a mixture recombinant CAZymes, composed by an exo-?-glucosaminidase, alginate lyase, peptidoglycan N-acetylmuramic acid deacetylase lysozyme), on growth performance, meat quality, fatty composition, oxidative stability, sensory traits. One hundred twenty 1-day-old Ross 308 male birds were randomly assigned to one 4 experimental diets (n = 30): corn-soybean meal–basal diet (control), basal 10% C. (CV), CV 0.005% commercial CAZyme cocktail (Rovabio AP), (CV + R), 0.01% 4-CAZyme previously selected M) during period lasted from day 21 35. Body weight gain feed conversion rate broilers affected but digesta viscosity increased more than 2-fold (P < 0.001) relative control. In addition, neither cooking loss, shear force, juiciness, flavor nor off-flavor was impaired dietary treatments > 0.05). By contrast, tenderness, yellowness (b?) total carotenoids breast thigh meats. However, no additional protective against lipid oxidation observed inclusion microalga. vulgaris, independently had minor impact composition improved proportion some beneficial acids. summary, our data indicate slight improvement quality nutritional value, without impairment broilers' thus supporting usefulness this microalga poultry up high level incorporation. mixtures used do significantly improve release nutrients through disruption cell wall, which warrants further research.

Growth performance, intestinal microflora, and meat quality of broiler chickens fed lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) powder
The aim of the current study was to evaluate the effects of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) powder as an herbal feed additive on growth performance, carcass traits, meat quality, jejunal histomorphology, and ileal microbial population in broiler chickens. A total of two hundred twenty one day-old male broiler chicks were used in a completely randomized design with five treatments and four rep...

This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of dried chlorella powder (Chlorella vulgaris; DCP) and chlorella growth factor (CGF) on growth performance, serum characteristics, meat qualities and humoral immune responses in broiler chicks. A total of 1050 day-old Ross male broiler chicks were randomly divided into 35 pens (30 chicks/pen) and subjected to one of seven dietary treat...
متن کاملA Review on the Effect of Arginine on Growth Performance, Meat Quality, Intestine Morphology, and Immune System of Broiler Chickens
For chickens, arginine considered an essential amino acid due to the lack of urea cycle in birds. Arginine deficiency causes growth retardation, higher prevalence of disease due to the malfunction of immune system, and lower gastrointestinal capacity. However, higher levels of arginine in the diet improved growth performance, muscle hypertrophy, and meat quality. Arginine reduces carcass fat ac...

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of barley malt extract and barley malt vinegar on growth performance, jejunal morphology and meat quality of broilers. A total of 600 day-old chicks were allocated to four dietary treatments to evaluate the effect of dietary inclusion of 0.2% barley malt extract alone or along with 0.4 or 0.8% of malt vinegar as ...
